What Patients Say

"I now have the 20/20 vision..."

I had cataract surgery done by Dr. Richard Chu and it went extraordinarily well. No discomfort at all after surgery, no complications and I now have the 20/20 vision I have not had for years. He turned what I expected to be a worrying experience into something routine.

"Dr. Chu is a truly a miracle worker..."

Dr. Chu. Looks quite young like one of my kids. Do not let that fool you. Dr. Chu is a truly a miracle worker. Iā€™ve been wearing eyewear since they strapped my first pair on at 3 months old. 53 years. Had my first cataract removed yesterday and today, for the first time, I greeted the world without glasses. OMG. This is a game changer. I can see clearly now the cataract is gone. I can see all obstacles in my way. One more end of the month and my optometrist is down one customer. Woo who Dr. Richard Chu.

"I really loved Dr. Richard Chu..."

I really loved Dr. Richard Chu. He was very friendly, informative, and jovial. Usually, I feel like eye doctors can be grumpy and upset that Iā€™m there and he seemed really excited and happy to be there and doing the work he does. The nurses are pretty nice, too, but I always feel a little shuffled around when getting all those x-rays and tests. The receptionist ladies were pretty much amazing and again, very informative.
